Living in Shanghai was not only amazing opportunity to enhance my professional skills but also wonderful occasion to re-evaluate my personal attitudes towards life and work. I worked for Sino-Chinese chemical company HANS POLYTECH GmbH for almost 5 years. At the same time I worked for its mother company HANSI 汉司. HANSI 汉司 was established in 2001 in Shanghai as adhesives manufacturer covering Chinese market. HANSI began its overseas expansion with HANS POLYTECH GmbH branch in 2012 in Germany. The company now has the sales subsidiaries all over China, customers in Thailand, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, and business partners in the USA, France, and Italy.

HANSI has also taken the step to earn the ISO 9001:2008 Certification, the universal standard for quality management. Likewise, this is also the basis for specification ISO/TS 16949 HANSI has been awarded in 2015. This certification is a prerequisite to qualify as supplier to the automotive industry.
HANSI’s products family
HANSI’s flagship products are Megaglue and YEBOND (1K and 2K), polyurethane and epoxy adhesives used across industries. Besides PU and epoxy, HANSI either produce or trade around 1000 adhesives and related products – water based, acrylic, chloroprene rubber, adhesive film, hot melt (PA, PUR, PO, EVA), release agents, primer, catalyst, silicone oil, color paste, butyl paste, synthetic resin dispersion, UV adhesives, additives, electronic potting and encapsulating compounds, sound-damping materials. Products and materials are used in a wide variety of industries including building products, automotive and transportation, filtration, commercial interiors, flooring, electronics, shipbuilding and elevators.

Marketing Strategies
Since the company did not adopt any marketing tools, along with my team we started to create new marketing strategies from point zero. I established, lead and executed all corporate marketing strategies – Websites, Logos, Collaterals, Advertisements, Exhibitions, Copy-writing by which we increased brand awareness online and offline. We opened new digital strategies channels – WECHAT, WEIBO and SEO Baidu. We continued with Business intelligence gathering, market research, competitors’ analysis: from zero analysis to competitors media monitoring.
